Six services, one principle: nothing is off the shelf. Every DMS Securite deployment is designed around the site, the schedule and the real stakes of our clients in Geneva.

01 — Guarding & surveillance
Residential buildings managed by a property company, corporate headquarters, industrial or commercial sites: some locations call for a continuous presence, visible or discreet depending on the context. Our officers maintain that presence over shifts agreed with the client, by day and by night.
Every post relies on written instructions specific to the site: sensitive zones, emergency procedures, the right contacts to reach. Observations and incidents are logged in a written report, sent to the property manager or company at the agreed frequency.
02 — Patrols & response
Construction sites without a permanent guard, residences, car parks or company premises closed for the evening: these sites don't need an officer stationed round the clock, but they do need regular, rigorous rounds. Our patrols follow a route agreed with the client, at a frequency matched to the level of risk.
At each round, the officer checks access points, lighting and alarm systems, then logs the findings in a report handed over after the round. Should an anomaly arise — a break-in, an open gate, a triggered alarm — the response is immediate.

03 — Access control
Corporate lobbies, office buildings, industrial sites: as soon as access needs to be screened, the rigour of that check governs the security of the whole site. Our officers verify badges, authorised visitor lists and announced appointments, working alongside turnstiles or systems already in place.
Screening never comes at the expense of a proper welcome: deliveries, contractors and visitors are directed courteously, without slowing the flow at peak times. Any anomaly — an unrecognised badge, an unannounced visitor — is reported without delay.
04 — Reception & front desk
For a head office, a property management firm or a practice, reception is the first impression given to visitors — it must stay polished while genuinely screening who comes in. Our hosts and reception officers are trained in both requirements at once: reception protocol and security vigilance.
Managing visitor badges, keeping the presence register, directing people to the right contact, handling the switchboard where needed: the role adapts to the company's internal standards, in constant liaison with the teams on site.

05 — Event security
Corporate receptions, general meetings, product launches, private events: every gathering in Geneva comes with its own constraints of venue, footfall and visibility. The deployment is sized in advance, based on guest numbers, the layout of the venue and the level of discretion required.
Depending on the need, our officers work in plain clothes or in visible uniform, manage guest lists and access, and coordinate with your other suppliers — catering, technical, event management — so that security stays invisible until it needs to act.
06 — Tailored deployments
No two sites are ever quite alike. A multi-site company, a property manager overseeing several buildings, a one-off need linked to renovation works or a particular context: these situations call for a combination of services rather than a single solution.
Before any deployment, DMS Securite draws up a written analysis of the site and the risks identified, then proposes a package combining surveillance, patrols, access control or reception according to the actual needs. The deployment remains adjustable over time, with a single point of contact for follow-up.
